It's a reasonable gamble that most us don't know that hurling once upon a time featured in Hollywood. And before you say 'ah , that's trick it's probably a Hollywood in County Down" we are talking here about THE Hollywood. And it's a movie clip that's sometimes known as "Athletic Manslaughter" ,..... Google it!
A fantastic clip which the voice over describes hurling as an old Irish game where you "sock a ball with the pretty club or bat or shillelagh.." - Sure, where would you get it but Hollywood ?
