All Ireland Quarter Final 6 Aug 2011
Dublin had bowed to Tyrone so many times in recent years. But not in 2011 as they turned on the style and the swaggger. It was an outstanding team performance and Dublin and a terrific individual contribution, on the day, from Diarmuid Connolly.

Brian Dooher - Some Player !
23 Sep 2011
BRIAN DOOHER from 2008
Today, one of the greatest and most whole-hearted players of recent years has announced his retirement from inter-county football - Tyrone's Brian Dooher.
He has toiled for his county for 16 years since 1995 and captained Tyrone in both 2005 and 2008 winning finals - one of very few players to have the honour of lifting Sam Maguire twice.
Highly respected throughout the entire GAA world but his abscence will, without doubt, be missed most in Tyrone.
This clip is just one great tribute moment to what he did best and a proud captain lifting Sam.

Dublin 1995 - Last Final and Last Title Win
17 Sep 2011
In 1995 who would have thought that it would take 16 years for Dublin reach their next final? In that time theyhave battled hard and failed but make it - sometimes unluckily and often on the narrowest of margins. But they're back in 2011.
In 1995 it all looked so promising as Dublin overcame Tyrone in the final. But theyhad to fight to the end and eventaully survived the Tyrone push to win by just a single point 1-10 to 0-12. Indeed Tyrone had a late equalling point disallowed. Scary stuff ut the Dubs held on by the proverbial 'skin of their teeth' and were the ones celebrating.

Sublime Eoin Mulligan Goal v Dublin 2005
Eoin Mulligan - Croke Park 2005.
One of the great goals of all time.
The clip starts with the earlier Dublin goal from the same match but not quite so spectacular.
Scene : The All Ireland Quarter Final 2005
Who : Dublin v Tyrone
The match ended in a draw. Tyrone won the replay and went on to win the All Ireland that year.
This is one of the most remembered goals ever scored on the big stage but this brand new clip is the first time it has appeared online in any decent quality.
Enjoy !
