Galway Hurling needs to get it's mojo back to days like this!
In 1980 Joe Connolly led Galway to it's first All Ireland Hurling title in 57 years (since 1923) and his speech afterwards is often cited as one of the great moments in GAA. It had passion and emotion - and still has! And it wasn't just the speech that tugged at the heartstrings but the finale as Joe McDonagh takes over to belt out "The West's Awake".
